Fees: Varies. In general, the average fee for each painting in a series starts at approximately $2000. This fee may be lower in paintings with no anglers in the shot.

Just the Fish

Description: Just the fish!
Size: Varies. The smallest would be 12 x 16 inches. The sky’s the limit for larger species and sizes. Imagine a life-sized portrait of that 800-pound Blue Marlin or that 175-pound Tarpon that inhaled your fly!
Fees: Start at $2000 for a single fish. You would certainly want the painting to be as close as possible to the size of your trophy.

The Lure, The Fly, The Bait
The lure, fly, or bait used to catch the trophy can be painted into the portrait. Alternatively, the actual lure or fly can be mounted on the canvas or the frame.

Frames
Fees do not include frames. However, for special commissions, the artist ca produce a hand-carved basswood frame for the portrait, depicting events and scenes related to the angler and the fish. These frames are exquisitely carved in the highest detail, which the artist considers "functional sculpture that tells a story." The fee for this service can be considerably more than that for the painting inside, so they're not for everyone. The total package can be a stunning homage to a special time and experience that will last generations.

Terms
One-half of the fee is required as down payment. The rest is due at the time of delivery.
